Meet The Farm Bakery Team

We have been so blessed by the people who have joined our team! Each one of them have brought new ideas and a fresh perspective to continue to enhance our Weddings at The Farm! Our main mission at the Farm is to “serve" like Jesus served and to “love” like Jesus loved to ensure we can carry out your day exactly how you have envisioned. I am beyond thankful for their contributions and dedication to ensure each couple has a wonderful Wedding Day!

Warmly, Becca Lynde

Caris Green- Wedding Coordinator

I discovered I had a love for all things wedding when I began working as a bridal consultant in 2009. Seeing the excitement on each bride’s face as I helped them find the perfect dress brought so much joy to my heart. My appreciation for designing and executing events only grew after planning my own wedding in 2013. Since then I have had the privilege of coordinating numerous events for family and friends, and I began to dream about one day opening my own event center! In October of 2018, I was the Matron of Honor in my sister-in-law’s wedding that was held here at The Farm. The beauty of the location and facilities instantly left me in awe, and I mentioned to the owner, Becca, that she was living my dream life. Imagine my surprise and delight when she offered me a job on the spot!
When I’m not working at The Farm, I can be found keeping up with my two busy little boys, experimenting with new recipes, and tending to my ever-expanding vegetable and herb garden. My husband and I enjoy trips to the beach throughout the summer, building family memories that we cherish. It is my pleasure to be at The Farm, and I look forward to working with all of our brides, grooms, and their families to ensure a seamless and memorable wedding day.

“The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.” Psalm 28:7

Anna Robinson - Wedding Coordinator/Intern

I started at The Farm as an Intern in 2018, following a brochure I had picked up at a Chamber of Commerce event two years prior, and immediately fell in love with not only the venue, but also our incredible team and the couples we served every weekend. This year I am returning as an event coordinator and am so excited to spend another season helping to bring our couples’ dreams to life!

I am in my last year of studying for my undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management at Widener University, while also being a member of Widener’s women’s softball team and the creator of a (very small, but slowly growing) photography business. I love my family and our Doylestown, PA “farmette” dearly.

Recently, God has laid the scripture Proverbs 16:3 on my heart: “Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” I am a planner in every aspect - and it is so encouraging to be reminded that He lays out the plans and is able to guide my steps if I trust Him to. I am so excited to celebrate with you, and I hope that you come to love the Farm and our team as dearly as I do!

I am a wife to one and a mom to 4 boys and 2 girls, plus two pups, it's a busy home! I came to work at The Farm by meeting the Meyers family through a mutual friend and now I'll never leave!!! I love Jesus, coffee, volleyball and working at this magical place. I've been married to my husband for 13 years and look forward to making your day as memorable as ours was!

Baker Extrodinaire

I began baking at a very young age and became increasingly interested in it by the time I was a teenager.  While enrolled in online school during my teenage years I took the initiative to enhance my skill sets in more detailed techniques.  I would use my free time to watch cake decorating videos and practice what I learned. I made my first 3-tiered cake when I was 13.  From that point on, I knew wanted to be a cake artist!

After my high school graduation I was looking to go to school or try and get a start in a bakery.  When Becca’s cousin had lunch with my Aunt she mentioned she was opening a bakery and might be looking for a baker.  With little experience she gave me a chance at my dream job.  We all say that was no coincidence.  I could not have asked for a better job or better employers.  I love working for the Meyers Family and helping them create a wonderful day for all of our couples. I’m excited looking forward, to continue learning new techniques and creating beautiful cakes and desserts for your special day.

In my free time I enjoy crocheting, kayaking, cooking, and going to the beach.

Susanna O’Hara - Wedding Coordinator

I have always had a passion for coordinating events and attended college for business and event planning. Before coming to The Farm, I worked in several capacities, gaining a specific desire to assist couples on coordinating their perfect day. After taking some time off to stay at home with my daughter, my friend, knowing my love for baking, recommended me to work at the Farm Bakery. When we opened the Barn to host weddings, I jumped at the opportunity to start coordinating weddings and ultimately help couples have a wonderful experience. I truly love what I do and nothing is more of a blessing than when a couple or family expresses their happiness to us at the end of the day.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, especially doing crafts and baking with my daughter.
