Our main mission at The Farm is to “serve" like Jesus served and to “love” like Jesus loved to ensure we can carry out your day exactly how you have envisioned. Hi, I am Becca Lynde the owner here at The Farm with my husband, Chris. We actually got married here at The Farm back in 2002! While The Farm did not look as it does today, it was truly a special day. We are so excited to be able to open up The Farm to couples to see their wedding days & love celebrated.
Below you will meet some of our team here at The Farm. Each of these ladies are truly amazing and well versed in the wedding industry. I look forward to you getting acquainted with and loving our team as much as I do throughout the planning process.

I started at The Farm on the wedding team in 2022, and immediately fell in love with not only the venue but also our incredible team and the couples we serve every weekend. Serving our couples and clients as the Director of First Impressions at the Farm is an incredible gift, and I am honored to be able to play a small part in their special day.
In 2018 I completed my undergraduate degree in Business Administration Management at Bloomsburg University. When I am not at the Farm, you can find me cooking in the kitchen or diving into a good book. I also love spend time with my family & friends, especially down the shore at Long Beach Island. I am so excited to celebrate with you, and I hope that you come to love the Farm and our team as dearly as I do!

I joined the Farm in 2021 as a part of the event operations staff,assisting wedding coordinators during wedding ceremonies. I was able to move into a coordinator role later that year and my love of serving our couples grew from there! Now, as the Venue Manager, I get to greet our brides and their families as they come to the Farm for their special day!
In 2021, I completed my degree from Temple University in Tourism & Hospitality Management with a concentration in Event Leadership. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my dogs Molly, Maverick & Scout, and cheering on my favorite Philadelphia sports teams.

I joined The Farm in 2025 with the dream of helping couples plan the most meaningful day of their lives. After planning and DIY-ing my own wedding in 2024, I realized how much I loved the process and that I never wanted it to end.
Now, I get to wake up every day and help couples bring their wedding visions to life!
From decor meetings to the wedding day itself, I work closely with brides and grooms to thoughtfully plan their decor, refine their ideas, and create something personal to them. I love helping couples solidify their vision, whether it's styling a space, fine tuning the details, or curating floral look-books that align beautifully with their goals.
On wedding days, I'm there to welcome couples to The Farm, support them behind the scenes, and serve them as best as I can!
When I’m not at The Farm, you can usually find me immersed in a new crafting project, reading a good book, playing card games, or hunting down the coziest breakfast nook with my husband (bonus points if there’s really good coffee!).
I feel so honored to play a small part in every couples wedding, and I can’t wait to celebrate such a memorable day with you!

My husband and I got married at The Farm in 2018. From the moment I walked on to this property I knew it was a special place! The Farm team helped make our day so perfect. I realized that I would love to help make other couples Wedding Day as special as ours was. When a Wedding Coordinating position became available, I felt like it was meant to be! It has been amazing working with this wonderful team and serving all the incredible couples!
When I am not at The Farm, I am very busy chasing after my son and dog! I love to travel, read, be in nature and spend time with my family and friends!

Where’s the party? Kim’s House! Yes, hosting dinners and parties are in my blood, and I love Weddings! Who doesn’t love a celebration? The Farm is one of the most beautiful and well run venues I’ve ever worked with since I’ve been wedding coordinating and event planning for more than 20 years. I love working with couples to create a joyous day, remembering that it’s not just two people who are being joined but their loved ones as well. Weddings can be overwhelming with so many choices, but as your coordinator I’m here to help bear that burden and make your day unique and special. I love taking the pressure off of each couple so that they and their families can enjoy the day.
I excel at helping the couple and the families focus on what is truly important and making a wonderful and memorable day.
I’m a mother of 4 adult children with a wonderful daughter-in-law and 2 sweet grandbabies that keep me young. In my free time I love spending time with friends, going out to great restaurants, and making dinner for my family. Caring for people is one of the joys in my life because each person is a unique and beautifully made soul, an image bearer of our Creator.

My husband and I got married at The Farm in April of 2022! Everyone at The Farm made us feel like family and made our dream wedding come to life. After our wedding I knew I had to find my way back to The Farm one way or another. When the Wedding Coordinator position became available, I knew that was my way back! My mission is to be a part of The Farm family and help all of the future couples feel like we did on their wedding day. I am detail oriented, creative, and passionate about helping couples' visions come to life.
When I am not at The Farm, I am at a coffee shop or smoothie joint, walking my dogs or at the gym, or driving my husband crazy with my crafting activities. I look forward to celebrating with you and making your day as memorable as mine!

I have been working at The Farm since 2023 and ever since that first day, I knew that the Farm was going to be the venue I got married at. With that being said, my husband and I got married at The Farm in April of 2025! I want every couple to be able to have the amazing experience I had on my wedding day. I have worked many positions and love being able to jump in wherever The Farm might need me. I'm thrilled to now be able to add Coordinator to that list. I couldn't be more excited to help bring every couple's vision to life!
When I'm not at The Farm, I definitely won't be found sitting around. With a coffee in my hand, I'm probably planning my next big trip, looking for a sweet treat or giving my husband anxiety with what my next house renovation might be.

I’ve been planning events for as long as I can remember, and I’ve naturally become the go-to friend for planning weddings and events of all kinds. I work in the nonprofit world, focusing on event planning and fundraising, and have grown my love for bringing people together for meaningful, memorable moments. I truly enjoy all the moving pieces that go into creating a wedding day and love helping everything come together in a way that feels organized, thoughtful, and fun. My goal is to help take the stress out of the process so couples can relax, be present, and enjoy celebrating with their favorite people. I’m so excited to be part of the amazing team here at The Farm and to play a small part in such an important and joyful day!
When I’m not at The Farm, you’ll usually find me walking my dogs, Nemesis and Delilah, enjoying live music, or scrapbooking my favorite memories.

I joined The Farm staff back in 2023 as a wedding attendant. I immediately fell in love with the venue and staff. In the past 3 years, I have had the pleasure of witnessing so many beautiful love stories as I assisted the coordinators throughout the night. In August of 2025, I took on the role as The Farm's Bakery Administrator! Since I was little, I have had a fond place in my heart for baking. Watching and helping my Nana bake in the kitchen are some of my most beloved memories. Now, I get to communicate with customers and help them plan the perfect desserts for any and all occasions!!
In my spare time, you can find me with my nose in a book or watching a movie I've most likely seen ten times already. I also love spending time with my family and friends, going to concerts, and enjoying nature. I can't wait to help you with all of your sweet treat needs!!
